I am the author of this book, Matthew Mullenix, and I have just come across this post regarding the download of my book, American Kestrels in Modern Falconry and would like to make the following statement on my behalf and on behalf of my publishers and draw attention to the copyright infringement that has been made by the owners of cetreria.com, its moderators and all users who have dowloaded this illegal copy:
No Spanish language translation of American Kestrels in Modern Falconry, by Matthew Mullenix, has been approved by its author or its American publisher (Western Sporting Publications). Any existing translation is therefore an illegal infringement of international copyright law. Moreover, the author wishes to warn any readers of this pirated text that its content cannot be verified and may not accurately reflect the author ' s intent.

Soy Matthew Mullenix, autor del libro sobre el cernicalo americano "American Kestrels in Modern Falconry" y me gustaria hacer publico por mi parte y por parte de mi editorial y llamar la atencion mediante el siguiente mensaje a la violacion de derechos de copyright por cetreria.com, los moderadores y aquellos respectivos usuarios que se han descargado una copia ilegal:
No existe una versión traducida al castellano de la obra “American Kestrels in Modern Falconry” escrita por Matthew Mullenix que haya sido aprobada y autorizada por su autor o editorial nortemericana (Western Sporting Publications). Qualquier traducción existente es por tanto una infracción sobre la legislación internacional de copyright. Asimismo, el autor desea avisar a los lectores de esta versión pirata que su contenido no puede verificarse y puede que no refleje con exactitud las intenciones originales del autor.
